- Its phone, planning, scripts and warm-up. Data or a dedicated IP is charged as below. Charged only while it has an account.
- Videos
- $0.95 a second
- 1080p. The first 30 seconds are $0.95 a second, and every second after that is $1.10. A 720p fix is $0.50 a second. A video that fails costs nothing.
- Quick looks
- $0.20 a second
- A quick 480p take or fix, to check the shots, face and sound. What you already paid for that look comes off the full take or fix you make from it, so the two together cost the same as finishing straight away.
- Photos
- $0.10 each
- Photo posts, carousel slides and the photos that make a face.
- Data on a shared connection
- $8 a GB
- The default: a phone on a shared, pay-per-GB connection pays for the data it uses. Choose how each influencer connects under Settings.
- Data on a mobile connection
- $8 a GB
- The same price: the phone connects over a mobile network, the way a real phone does. Where there is no mobile connection, it uses the shared one and we tell you.
- Dedicated IP address
- $5 a month
- A fixed IP only your influencer uses. No per-GB charge (fair use up to 100 GB a month). Charged a day at a time ($5 ÷ 30 a day, so a 31-day month costs $5.17), and it stops the day the IP is released. If none is free, the phone uses the shared connection and we tell you.

Drafting and the first face photos come out of your credit. The Studio shows the exact amount before you press Draft.

When credit runs out
When the balance runs out, new renders stop at once; warm-ups keep going for up to 3 days of fees below zero, so an account is never cut off overnight.
Top-ups
Credit is bought in top-ups of any amount from $50 to $5,000, with $50, $100, $250 and $500 suggested, on a secure payment page. Credit lands as soon as the payment clears, and every top-up has its own receipt. Each top-up expires 12 months after payment if unused, and the oldest credit is used first. Credit isn't refundable.
What a workspace can run
A workspace can run up to 5 influencers with up to 2 accounts each, up to 600 seconds of video a day and up to 300 photos an influencer a month. Within that, you set the spend limits, and nothing spends past your credit.
Billing questions
What am I charged for?
Each influencer with an account costs a flat amount per day, which covers its phone, planning and warm-up. Its connection is charged on top: by the GB, or $5 a month for a dedicated IP. Video is charged by the second and photos by the photo, only when they land; a failed render costs nothing. Drafting and the first face photos come out of your credit, and the Studio shows the exact amount before you press Draft. Everything comes out of prepaid credit, and your billing page shows each charge.
What happens when my credit runs out?
New videos and photos stop straight away. Warm-ups keep running for up to three days of fees below zero, so an account is not cut off overnight. After that nothing runs until you top up. There is no plan to cancel and no monthly fee.
Can I stop?
Yes. Nothing renews. Unspent credit stays on your balance for 12 months from each top-up, then expires. Credit isn't refundable.
Can I try it before I add credit?
You can create an account, name your workspace and read everything here without adding credit. Drafting your first influencer needs credit, because the draft and its first face photos spend it the moment they run.
Can I refer another workspace?
Yes. Every workspace has a link under Settings. A workspace that joins through it gets $20 of extra credit on its first top-up, and you get $20 of credit once it has spent $50. Rewards are credit, never cash, and expire 12 months after they land. Some sign-ups do not qualify, and the terms say which.
You add credit in the second step, after naming the workspace. Nothing is charged before then.
