Effective 19 September 2026
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Coordinated Chaos Pte Ltd (“Provenance”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data in connection with provenancetalent.com. It is written to meet our obligations under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).
The short version: this site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. Unless you email us, we do not collect anything about you.
- 01
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website only. If we work together, the personal data we handle in the course of that engagement is dealt with in the engagement agreement and any data protection terms attached to it.
- 02
What we collect when you browse
Nothing, directly. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, embeds no third-party widgets, and loads no resources from third-party domains — the fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font provider. There is no contact form and no account to create.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which typically include the IP address the request came from, the page requested, a timestamp, and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs are generated automatically, are used to operate and secure the site, and are not used to build a profile of you or to identify you.
- 03
What we collect if you email us
If you write to hello@provenancetalent.com, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email. In practice that is usually your name, your work email address, the company you work for, and details of what you are trying to achieve.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data, or confidential information belonging to someone else, in an unsolicited first email.
- 04
What we use it for
We use the personal data described above only to:
- read and reply to your enquiry;
- assess whether we are a good fit for the work, and prepare a scope or proposal if we are;
- run the engagement, if we go on to work together;
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- comply with our legal and record-keeping obligations.
- 05
Consent
Under the PDPA we rely on your consent to handle personal data for the purposes above. By sending us an enquiry you consent to us using the information in it to respond and to take the enquiry forward.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. We will act on the request within a reasonable period and tell you the likely consequence — usually that we can no longer progress your enquiry or continue an engagement. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before we received the request, and does not override a legal obligation to retain certain records.
- 06
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We disclose it only to:
- our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on and generates the request logs described above;
- our email provider, which delivers and stores our correspondence;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where they need it to advise us;
- a regulator, court or law enforcement agency, where we are legally required to disclose it.
- 07
Transfers outside Singapore
Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, so personal data may be stored or processed outside Singapore. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the recipient is bound by obligations providing a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, as the Transfer Limitation Obligation requires.
- 08
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period and then discarded.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant — while we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, accounting and limitation purposes.
- 09
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year (section 21), and you may ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete (section 22).
Write to the contact below. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and a reasonable fee may apply to an access request. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, if we cannot do so within 30 days, we will tell you when to expect a response.
- 10
Security
We take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No system is perfectly secure, and email in particular is not a secure medium — please bear that in mind when deciding what to send us.
- 11
Children
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
- 12
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed.

Contact
Data protection queries, including access, correction and withdrawal of consent, should be sent to hello@provenancetalent.com, or by post to Coordinated Chaos Pte Ltd, 56B Joo Chiat Place, Singapore.
This notice was prepared for a brochure website with no forms, cookies, analytics or third-party embeds, and it describes that site accurately as built. It has not been reviewed by counsel. Two things still need doing: the PDPA requires a named individual to be designated as Data Protection Officer and their business contact details made available, and this notice should be revisited before the site gains any form, cookie, analytics tag or embedded third-party service.
