Terms of use

These terms govern your use of provenancetalent.com. They are not the terms of any engagement between us — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the engagement agreement governs.

  1. 01

    Who we are

    This site is operated by Coordinated Chaos Pte Ltd (“Provenance”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, trading as Provenance Talent, with its registered address at 56B Joo Chiat Place, Singapore.

    You can reach us at hello@provenancetalent.com.

  2. 02

    Acceptance

    By accessing this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

  3. 03

    Permitted use

    You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own reference or to evaluate whether to work with us. You may not:

    • copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site as your own material, or as part of a competing offering;
    • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site by automated means;
    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems it runs on, or interfere with its availability for others;
    • use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that would put us in breach of any law or regulation.
  4. 04

    Information on this site

    The descriptions of our services are provided for information. They are an invitation to discuss an engagement, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a commitment as to scope, price, timeline, availability or outcome.

    Anything we commit to is set out in a written scope and service agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Please do not rely on this site as the basis for a business decision without speaking to us first.

    We may change the content of this site at any time and are not obliged to keep it current.

  5. 05

    Intellectual property

    The name Provenance Talent, the marks used on this site, and the text, design, layout and graphics of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

    Ownership of work produced for a client is dealt with in that client’s engagement agreement, not here.

  6. 06

    Availability

    We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it without notice.

  7. 07

    Our responsibility to you

    Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

    Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything published on it.

    This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms that would otherwise be implied.

  8. 08

    Privacy

    Our privacy notice explains what personal data we handle and how. It forms part of these terms.

  9. 09

    Governing law

    These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

  10. 10

    Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the effective date above tells you when it last changed.

    Contact

    Questions about these terms: hello@provenancetalent.com, or by post to Coordinated Chaos Pte Ltd, 56B Joo Chiat Place, Singapore.

These terms were prepared for a brochure website that takes no payments, hosts no accounts and collects nothing through forms. They have not been reviewed by counsel. Have a Singapore-qualified lawyer look at them before relying on them commercially, and revisit them before the site gains any form, login, checkout or embedded third-party service.
